Hi, Nokia 1100b Please!! any idea on, why it keep restarting after 30sec or up to 1min, when i enter the unlock code it display NOT ALLOWED with a Check Mark. and went i take out the Cingular 64K 3G sim out, it stay on. Cingular USA phone.
