Dear forum members !

Just be informed and be carefull to make any deal with forum member "MaxiGroup".
Never make advance payment, in other case you will never see your goods/money back.

Example: advance payment (WU) for JTAG device was done: 17 MAR 2005
Good was not delivered on time. After serious discussion he promised to make money-back.
Untill now (09 JUN 2005) nothing.

You are right!

BUT!

You order jtag interface and send money first (need for buy components)
When jtag it became ready, you have suddenly refused to take it.
Has told, that plans have exchanged also it to you is not necessary and has asked moneyback.
I have answered, that in this case it is necessary to wait when another will buy Jtag and I shall send this money to you.
If somebody wishes to get, write!

He hasnt said he wont refund his money what hes saying is he will when he has sold the jtag to someone else which is a fair point why should he end up with a jtag that he ordered specifically for te just coz hes changed his mind?

Just want to clear some things:

When I have made an order, I was informed that delivey time will be about several days. After more than 1 month (maybe 2, I don't remember exactly the time, but it was really BIG delay) I have received info from MaxiGroup hat he need to buy components (can't get it on time), then he need time to make the device, then he was out of his city etc. Also, during this time his mobile phone was switched off during long time, no answer to e-mail etc.
After really long delay with delivery and really starange MaxiGroup behaviour I have got other device from other source. So, I just asked him to make money back.

Finally: untill now NO money back, only promises "I'll make it, need to wait".
Just compare date of my first post and today.

I don't think that I have made something wrong when I have asked about money-back after HUGE delay with delivery.

Btw, MaxiGroup... I'll be glad to hear something about current situation here, so let's people see how is you serious.
And, please, correct me if I am wrong in any of my words.

About maxigroup, i can say he is corect guy, and i have no doubt he will send mony back.

Always keep records of correspondance and make sure supplier state in writing very clearly delivery date and actions supplier will make if that delivery date cannot be met.

Equally supplier should make clear if buyer ch

Are you still remember about your words ?
Just want to say that it was really no money back yet (and end of september is in deep past).

Hi,

It looks like you had much more good experience than me

Can't beleive that any "correct guy" can be so correct that he can't return back received amount during about 1 year and make non-stop promises once a month about money back.

To all forum members:
Want to inform you: I have received several "final promises" from this man but as ordinary, time has gone again, no money back, no any answers from this man by ICQ.

You just make situation clear. If it's better for you to be advertized like a cheater - it's your choice. And thanks that you have confirmd your position.

It's really good position: "after you will end play as "cheated boy" and will be nice, you can mail me". You have received my money, send me nothing instead of my money, promised to make money back, did not made moneyback during more that half year and now you offer me "be nice". It's really nice.

I am already quite nice and want to say only one:
I'll be glad to confirm that you are serious man and not a cheater BUT only after I'll get my money back from you.

Today (29 DEC 2005, just compare with date of my first post) I still did not get money back and I don't have and reason to trust you untill I'll see your good position in money back.

Yes, sometimes even bad advertising is much better than nothing.
so I just want to remind to everybody to be carefull with this man.
Once he cheated me he can cheat anybody else w/o big problems so be careful about "Online payment processing! VISA / MasterCard" like described on his cheater's site.
