Member: 32811 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Tried today to Update ,No Luck This Update dont work,Tried all this what is discribed here in forum and nothing helps. Whitch ports must be free for Firewall ? (have tried with and without firewall ,unistalled it,tried on other computer) How can I check if my dongle is Original or not I have Support ,all works fine for now ,Semc,Sharp,Alcatel Tool . Only the Update dont work with the Maintenance Tool 2.1 Readout works fine Dongle base type: USB-SMART Dongle Serial Number: 00000000 (removed serial for security reason) Smartcard NOT updated If I press Update Update smartcard ... Connecting to update server ... Working on card ... ERROR 01 ERROR: Update problems occured there is no connection problem. Whats the problem with the Dongle ? If this will not be fixed soon ,I will put the dongle on 1000 Volts |
