If you get the ADL Loader could not be found error try moving all the ADL files from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\Tss\Flash to C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Flash, then click Start again.

i already writer, but repeat .
I have dead nokia 6280 after flash error. (phoenix 2006).
---
I tried flash as dead usb, but got error message Adl loader not start
i viewed what transfer phoenix to phone via usb.

phoenix:
get 1 block data from phone (length=0x300)
send block in config core.
send 116 blocks (length one block=0x1000) (ULO)
send 5 blocks (length one block = 0x1000)(adl loader)
all blocks data to send in phone, phoenix get in file *.mcusw

after phoenix send last block, phoenix waited usb, but phone switched off, and windows remove all drivers from system.

in time phoenix show message try verificate communication.

after 50 seconds phoenix say "Adl loader not start"

any ideas ?

p.s.
Sorry for my eglish.
