Answer:

- Go to support site http://griffinteam.net
- Download GT acces 1.34.1
- Start GT acces 1.34.1 !!!!! NOT LOWEST VERSION FROM THIS!!!!!!! latest is 1.37
- Enter your Griffin server login details
- To check it is file calculated or no please send same file again to server
- This time your account will NOT BE charged
- If RPL file is calculated server will give you message DONE
- The RPL file is placed to same folder from where you send it
- Start MTB NK software and write file to phone

Sometime RPL calculation cant be done for 24 hours, this depend of many things.
The maximum time to receive RPL file is 72 hours.
If you do not receive your RPL file please contact moderator GT911 by PM to check.

I have a problem with writing RPL to Phone:
1.After write RPL IMEI again is 1234....
2.When i write RPL i see in log:
Simlock send - FAILED!
SuperDongle send - FAILED!
3.After write PM part and FULL i have a contact retailer

Answer:

If phone is with RAP3G MCU use THIS erse file to erase phone totaly.
If the phone is with RAPIDO MCU use THIS erse file to erse phone totaly.

ALL NEXT STEPS IS IDENTICAL FOR 2 TYPES OF MCU

1.After you erase full phone need to flash it with latest available Firmware Version!!!!!!
When phone is flashed on a latest FW version he need to work fine but with IMEI 1234....(this is sure for good woking hardware)

2.Connect phone to cable, he need to be in a local mode.
3.For your certainty you can click on a 6th button "OK" to see cable is good or not. If you see BOOT OK then all with cable is ok.
4.Click on a button write RPL
After this operation if all is ok then you need to have a phone with good IMEI and SIMLOCK state.
5. Restart phone (will be good to diconnect and connect cable again) and load good PM into section for writing PM, check only 1,135 fields and click on a sx4 authorization button.
Need to see this :
Login...
IMEI: 35760300XXXXXXX
busy, waiting...
Connect...
Login...
busy, waiting...
PMM Authorize SUCCESSFULL

Only after see PMM Authorize SUCCESSFULL click on a write selected button.
POSSIBLE REASON FOR :
Connect...

busy, waiting...
SuperDongle Authorization Procedure failed!

Failed to locate SX4 on PC. Connecting server

Connect...
Login...
IMEI: 35760300XXXXXX
busy, waiting...
e/640/command execution error;

is bad simlock data!!!!!
6. Power on the phone and if he is on a contact reatiler need to repeat procedure 5 but need to check all Fields WITHOUT 134.
Power on the phone again and he is again is in Contact reatailer we dont have a solution for this .
WARNING!!!! FOR ALL THIS OPERATION USE MINIMUM 1.38B.exe LAST IS 1.40B!!!

AFTER all this
If you see:

Simlock send - FAILED!
SuperDongle send - FAILED!
or IMEI again is 1234...
SORRY WE DONT HAVE A SOLUTION FOR THIS AT THIS TIME

Answer:

FROM 15.10.2007

WE CHANGE METHOD FOR COLLECT ASK FILES.
SERVER START TO COLLECT FILES AUTOMATICALLY AND WORK TO REACH LIMIT FOR A DAY.
AFTER THAT SERVER STOP TO COLLECT FILES AND WAIT COLLECTED FILES TO BE CALCULATED.
WITH THIS METHOD YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT MORE TIME OF 72H. IF ASK FILE IS NOT CALCULATED FOR A 72H HE WILL BE RESETED AUTOMATICALLY AND SERVER WILL START TO COLLECT NEW ASKs.

Once again please do not upload your ask or rpl files on forum

Answer:

Error 640 is a bad data from phone.
Possible reason for this is BAD simlock data.
Check simlock data with SIMLOCK STATE button to see for correct data in simlock field.

Who you don't inform customer for BAD RPLs for .... model?
I need to restore my credits because RPL is bad?

Answer:

1.ASK2RPL service is not our service! This is nokia service and calculations.
2.We don't calculate anything on our server! We ONLY serve NOKIA service!
3.We don't restore credits for this service because you use it on YOUR RISK (IF YOU DON'T NEED DON'T USE IT).
4.We don't know when one RPL is good and when is BAD respective phone is OK or NOT!
5.We don't know when database for any model is bad. I thing nokia too don't know that.
6.Maximum time for calculation is 72h,after this time credits will be restored in a next 72h.

When i try to send a ASK to GTServer i take error:
"Done with this file,Successfully computed 0 logs"

Answer:

This ASK file is not created with MT-BOX.
This ASK file is created with Another tool.
This ASK file is have inside bad data or missing data.

Please check maybe you have type some empty place.
The best way is to copy/paste login details to software.

How to Downgrade BB5 Phone?

Answer:


1.need to have a connected FBUS cable to the phone
2.Click on a OK button (step 1 in picture BOOT OK.jpg) to check cable is ok (need to see BOOT OK).
3.If cable ok then phone need to be in Local Mode.
4.Load needed version files.
5.Make IMEI backup with button "Read IMEI Backup" (Step 1 in picture "IMEI_BACKUP.jpg").
6. Read Full PM for backup (step 1 in picture "PM BACKUP.jpg").
7.Click on a "BB5 Downgrade" button (step 3 in picture "BOOT OK.jpg") not on "flash" button.
